After some research, I found out that this attribute is the Azure AD Version of the ObjectSID. Ofcourse, this is something you cannot change. Synchronize was greyed out until I enabled video track 1 (I actually enabled all video and audio tracks so I don't know if I needed all or just track 1, but I got it to work either way).
