Lynn Ventura is an entrepreneur with over 18 years experience in business development. Her experience includes a wide range of industries which include real estate development, financial services, and the healthcare services industry. 

Lynn is a licensed Administrator for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly in California.  She is the founder of Aralynn, Inc., an assisted living development and management company, which owns and operates four Board and Care Homes in Vacaville, CA.  She is also a consultant for Health Support Systems, a provider of cost effective technology solutions and support services for disease management and the healthcare industry. 

Lynn Ventura holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Pepperdine University.

Mary Monroe is a certified medical transcriptionist and electronic health record editor, transcribing medical documentation for a Florida-based healthcare corporation located in west central Florida.  Mary Monroe has participated in the development and institution of speech recognition documentation and software development as well as implementation of the electronic health record as a medical documentation specialist.  Recently, Mary has been instrumental in the development of creating a personal healthcare record for the purpose of healthcare data banking for individuals and their families in an effort to improve patient care and medical healthcare outcomes.
